Briana is the leader of the organization, its team members, and the papers production. She is responsible for the day to day operations, editing, publishing guidelines, and evaluation of editorial pieces. She is also the head of the hiring and recruiting process and is the representative for The Pillar.

Elena works on the overall production of the paper and coordinates its publications, while also editing content to ensure the papers design, style, and formatting guidelines. Recently, she has created and designed the current digital publication for the The Pillar on ThePillar.cooley.edu.
